Description
This sputter coater works best with a turbomolecular pump, providing a stronger vacuum down to 5 x 10 -5 mbar. This makes it great for sputtering oxidizing metals with smaller grain size for detailed imaging. Additionally, it reduces scattering, allowing for pure, dense amorphous carbon films.
