The ADInstruments ML0126/25220 is a dual-chamber compact organ bath system designed for isolated tissue studies. It provides a controlled environment to maintain tissue viability and functionality during pharmacological or physiological experiments. Each chamber can accommodate tissue samples in volumes of 5, 10, 25, or 50 mL, allowing flexibility based on experimental requirements.

The system features pre-heating reservoir coils within a temperature-controlled water bath constructed from thick Perspex®, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance within the glass tissue chambers. Each chamber includes an adjustable gas diffuser for optimal oxygenation and pH balance. Electrovalves enable simultaneous or individual emptying and refilling of tissue chambers at the press of a button. The compact design minimizes mechanical vibrations, reducing signal artifacts during data acquisition
