The Fibertecâ„¢ 1023 is designed for rapid determination of dietary fibre according to established enzymatic methods, including those approved by AOAC, AACC, NMKL and Asp. Includes a filtration module and a shaking water bath for quantitative determination of dietary fibre.
The Fibertec 2010 system is convenient, flexible and semi-automatic system for old as well as for new methods for determination of crude fibre. Using the equipment it is possible to run various methods, e.g. Weende and Van Soest.
This method allows measurement of total, soluble, and insoluble dietary fiber in a variety of food products, such as grain and cereal products, processed foods, fruits, and vegetables.
The Fibertec 2010 is used for determination of crude fibre by using Weende method.
